TEMMCO were employed to supply labour and fabricated items for a shutdown at an Xstrata coal mine in December 2011. The shut was completed twenty four hours ahead of schedule and all work was done to a high standard. Customer and end user commented on the highly professional approach, quality workmanship and safety aspect of the work undertaken by TEMMCO personnel.

Scope of Work
- OPS (Operational Performance and Setup) test grizzly screen.
- Audit screen internally and externally checking for wear and tear, loose bolts & cracks.
- Remove worn grizzly support beam and install new one.
- Supply and install sandwich plates to LH & RH side plate.
- Replace all bolts in grizzly cassettes.
- Remove the guards from the exciters check for leaks and clean with degreaser.
- Drain and replace oil and complete overall inspection of exciter.
- Install remote breather to exciters.
