PROBLEM
Worn tracks on Cat 5230 Excavators

CONDITION
Worn bores, drive lugs, wear face and worn tumblers.

SOLUTION
Tracks - automatic bore weld and machine. Pad build up worn drive lug and wear face.

Tumblers - Build up worn drive lugs and rails. Supply new pins and assemble.

OUTCOME
Customer's excavator back to work in a 4-week period. Job was very cost effective in comparison to buying new tracks and tumblers.
