789 Dump Truck Transmission housing.

CONDITION
Transmission housing cracked around worn mounting holes, locating diameter worn and out of round.

LOCATION
Main drive and motor housing.

SOLUTION
Grind out cracks, re-weld worn faces and location holes. Re-machine to establish square, concentric face and diameter. Re-drill and tap holes.

OUTCOME
Truck put back into service quickly and cost effectively. Customer satisfaction shown by repeat orders.
